Real people, not chatbots
VM support means human experts with deep knowledge of the platform and the tools it connects to. Responses come from people who understand your environment, not an AI assistant pointing you at documentation.
Building with AI is still a technical process. When something goes wrong (and sometimes it will), VibeMagic's support platform gives you a clear path from question to resolution, without leaving the environment you're working in. Posts, shared context, scheduled sessions with a real expert, and integrated remote desktop when the problem needs hands-on attention.
Support is built directly into VibeMagic. There's no separate helpdesk, no email thread, no context lost in translation. The same platform you build in is where you ask for help.
Log a question or report an issue directly from within VibeMagic. You can post publicly (visible to other users and the VM team) or raise a private ticket for the support team only. Either way, your post is captured in the context of the platform you're working in, not in a separate system that has no idea what you've been doing.
The VM team monitors all posts and responds to anything that needs expert attention. Other users can contribute too: when someone has already worked through the same problem, their answer is searchable and permanently attached to the thread.
Not a forum and forget. Private tickets get a personal response from the VM team. Public posts are moderated: useful answers surface, noise doesn't.
The most useful support happens with real context. VibeMagic lets you attach specific parts of your project to any post or ticket (your current code repository, your prompt history, your project configuration, or individual files) without handing over anything you haven't explicitly chosen to share.
You select what to attach from a simple picker. The support team sees exactly what you've shared, clearly labelled, alongside your question. If you need to add more context later, you can extend the share at any point in the thread.
Privacy by default. Nothing leaves your project unless you select it. You stay in control throughout, and you can revoke shared access when the ticket is resolved.
If the post thread doesn't resolve it, book a live 1:1 session with a VibeMagic expert, directly from within the support platform. Available slots are shown in your timezone; sessions are typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on the complexity of the issue.
Before the session, the expert reviews everything you've already shared: your question, the code you've attached, the prompt history you've included. You don't need to re-explain the background. The session starts from where the thread left off.
Not an onboarding call. Expert sessions are for real problems. The people running them have deep knowledge of the VM platform and the tools it connects to. They're there to fix things, not to walk you through features.
Some problems need to be seen to be understood, and some need hands to fix. For the most complex issues, the expert can request permission to remote control your desktop. A single confirmation grants access; you can revoke it at any moment.
The expert works directly in your environment in real time: reading error messages in context, making changes to the code, testing the fix before handing control back. The session is recorded so you have a complete record of what was done and why, and the fix becomes part of your project history.
You're always in control. Remote access is explicitly requested and explicitly granted. The expert can't connect without your confirmation. One click ends the session immediately.
The four steps above form a natural escalation path: starting fast and self-serve, moving to expert involvement only when the problem needs it. Most users never go beyond step two.
Community and VM team respond. Fast answers for common issues.
Attach code, prompts or config. Specific help for specific problems.
Live 1:1 with an expert. Prepared, in context, 30 to 60 minutes.
Expert takes control when the problem needs hands-on resolution.
Support is part of the platform: not a separate tool, not a ticketing system you log into separately, not a helpdesk that doesn't know what you've built.
VM support means human experts with deep knowledge of the platform and the tools it connects to. Responses come from people who understand your environment, not an AI assistant pointing you at documentation.
Nothing about your project is shared with the support team unless you explicitly choose to share it. You control what's visible at every step, and you can withdraw access when the ticket is resolved.
Because support lives inside VibeMagic, the expert already knows what platform you're on, what you're building, and what you've shared before the session begins. No repeated explanations.
Every support interaction (post, attachment, session) is recorded as part of your project history. Remote sessions are recorded in full. You know exactly what was changed and why.
Knowing that real expertise is available (not a forum or a chatbot, but a person who can take over if needed) makes the difference between pushing forward and giving up.
